1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the Alano DT 5 platform — whether through a desktop browser or a mobile device — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Alano DT 5.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of the site after any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes.

2Eligibility

Access to Alano DT 5 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where doing so is not prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee or contractor of Alano DT 5 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not have a previously suspended or banned account on the platform.

Alano DT 5 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Where age or identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction, access to the platform or withdrawal of funds may be withheld until verification is complete.

3Account Registration

To access the full features of Alano DT 5 — including placing bets, playing casino games and making deposits — you must first register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and management:

• Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, you must notify us immediately.
• Alano DT 5 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we have reason to believe that the account is being used in a manner that breaches these terms.

Account registration is free. There is no charge for creating or maintaining an account on Alano DT 5. You are not obliged to make a deposit to register, but a deposit is required before you can place bets or play games.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Alano DT 5 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are processed as quickly as possible. The exact timing depends on your chosen payment method and your bank or mobile wallet provider.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. You may be asked to provide documentation before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the same account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Current limits are displayed during the deposit and withdrawal process.
• Alano DT 5 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly for any applicable fees.
• Funds deposited into your Alano DT 5 account must be used for gaming on the platform. Deposits made without genuine gaming intent may be reviewed and may result in account suspension.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Alano DT 5 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of Alano DT 5 and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players only. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount — and in some cases the bonus plus deposit — a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds and time limits specific to each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after wagering requirements have been met are eligible for withdrawal.
• Alano DT 5 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on Alano DT 5, including the Casino, Live Casino, Bingo, Sports Betting and Game Lobby sections:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed or modified after they have been placed and accepted by the platform.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure or connectivity issue that interrupts a game round or bet, Alano DT 5 will resolve the situation in line with our standard technical error policy, which prioritises fairness to the player.
• For sports betting, if a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific rules applicable to that sport or event type. Cricket and PSL-specific settlement rules are detailed in the Sports Betting section of the platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed on each game or market and may vary.
• The outcome of all casino games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). The platform does not manipulate outcomes.
• Live Casino games are subject to the rules of each individual game as stated by the live dealer and the game provider. The dealer's decision is final in live table games.

7Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Alano DT 5 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal play conditions. Any winnings generated this way will be voided.
• Attempting to access another player's account or interfering with the platform's systems in any way.
• Match-fixing or participation in any activity that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event on which bets have been placed.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any other unlawful financial purpose. Alano DT 5 will cooperate fully with relevant investigations into such activity.
• Providing false personal information, including name, date of birth or payment details, during registration or at any later point.

8Responsible Gaming

• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any errors in information provided by third-party data suppliers used in connection with sports odds or game outcomes.

Alano DT 5 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and reliable service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. In the event of a significant outage, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible and communicate updates where necessary.

11Changes to Terms

Alano DT 5 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
